What's a teleclass?

A teleclass, also known as a teleseminar, is a class held by telephone. You, the program leader, and the other participants dial into a teleconference bridge line, where you can all hear one other. Just like in a real classroom, you can ask questions, discuss issues, and make comments about what you hear. The program leader facilitates the call so that only one person speaks at a time. Class materials are emailed to you in advance or available by download, and classes are recorded in case you miss one.

You don't need any special equipment to participate in a teleclass, just your own telephone. You will be responsible for any normal long distance charges to call the US-based teleconference line.
