She uses all three programs to support her clients
in realizing extraordinary business results

Her motto is “Build Your Business…
Live your Life.”
Joan
works with both creative and financial service
business owners. Web design firms, writers,
photographers, healers, CPA's, mortgage brokers,
and other coaches have all benefited from her
services. Clients say that when working with
Joan you can expect to:
- Receive
honest feedback and straightforward communication enabling you
to...
- Meet
your business challenges from an entirely new perspective so you
can...
- Exceed
your goals while eliminating time wasters
and increasing free time.
Joan ran her first
business at the age of 14, her next at 27 and
her current business since she was 45. In between
she held 20 other jobs in a variety of industries,
including retail management, employee benefits
and non-profit organizations. She started training
others when she was 16 and working for Carvel
Ice Cream, chosen by the owners to teach new employees
how to clean the ice cream machines. When Joan
worked for Brentano's bookstores she received
recognition for her developmental management style
and was promoted to Western Regional Training
Manager as a result. Joan continues training today,
working with groups and individual entrepreneurs.
She takes the approach of a coach, teaching people
to fish, and doing so in a way that empowers them
to discover what works best for them.
Joan is a graduate of Corporate Coach University.
She is active in her local coaching chapter, ICF-Orange
County, and has served on the board for several
years, as President in 2004 and returning in 2007
