GET
CLIENTS NOW! BUSINESS COACHING
with Frank Traditi or Donna Feldman
We help our clients make a better living doing what they love.
We know that you went into business for yourself, or chose the
line of work you're in, for a reason. You saw that it would
get you something you wanted — control over your time, a better
working environment, more money, the possibility of passive
income, using your talents, sharing your vision, changing the
world — whatever it was. And that choice you made was about
actually doing the work: serving your clients, whoever they
are.
But if you don't have clients, or don't have
enough of them, you're not getting what you want — you're
not changing the world fast enough, doing enough of what you
love, earning enough to feel secure, having more control over
your life — because you're spending too much time and money
on marketing.
The purpose of the GET CLIENTS NOW! system
is to help you get what you want in life by making your business
more successful, and to do that with as little struggle as
possible. That's what we want for you.
When you work with one of us as your business coach, you'll not only gain
the advantage of using this proven sales and marketing system,
you'll also get:
-
Clarity
about your business and marketing objectives
-
Practical
support to solve problems and eliminate obstacles
-
Marketing
expertise to help you make an effective action plan
-
Skill-building
in marketing, selling, and business management
-

on your challenges and feedback on your ideas
-
Accountability
to keep you focused on your goals and on track with your
plans

Here's what some of Frank Traditi's
clients say:
"Frank Traditi was just what I
needed! I was just getting started in coaching when I asked Frank to be my coach.
What a great decision! Frank helped me zero in on who, what, and how I was going to
coach. I was able to develop clear marketing goals and business plans for my coaching
program. His networking ideas were terrific. Now I'm prepared to take my programs and
run with them!"
Don Harris
• Speech Improvement Coach
"I was a complete marketing novice
when I started working with Frank. I thought that I had to know exactly what to do
before I took a step. Frank showed me that marketing is an art form and that sending
a consistent message was the most important thing. Without Frank at my side, I would
still be stuck. Instead, I've made huge strides in a few short months and feel that
I've learned more than a marketing major with a four-year degree. Frank is a fabulous
coach and mentor! My investment in Frank has paid huge rewards!"
Suzanne
Worrall Elkind • Leadership Development Coach
Here's
what some of Donna Feldman's clients say:
"I just wanted to thank
you for helping me create a successful business. I had been 'playing' with my
marketing for too long, but through our coaching sessions, I learned to see my
business in a new light and take the actions that propelled me to success. I
appreciate the way you challenge me, support me, and keep me out of my box!"

Since 1992,
I have been guiding entrepreneurs like these to make a difference:
- A training school owner
worked with me to begin sharing her innovative ideas about
leadership and personal development on a worldwide basis. I advised
her on public relations and writing techniques, and coached her on balancing
her heavy workload with managing her health, nurturing a new relationship,
and writing a book, while growing her school from a
local success into a global enterprise.
- An MD
who founded a medical research facility to develop new
treatments for AIDS/HIV hired me to advise his management
team about appropriate marketing strategies and coach them to build
a marketing action plan, and mentor the doctor/CEO himself on
entrepreneurial thinking, better delegation
skills, and project management techniques.
- A successful
author wanted to use her experience in the publishing
industry to found an entrepreneurial nonprofit teaching
job skills to at-risk girls. I coached her to clarify
her vision, define the mission of her enterprise, overcome her
self-doubt, form her first management team, build alliances in the community, and
make it all fit into her busy life.
- The new director of a social
enterprise asked me to assist with creating a sustainable business model for the
venture, and a realistic action plan for her ambitious goals. I advised her on
developing a detailed business plan, mentored her in fundraising, and coached her to
build her management and communication skills.
- A husband-wife
team of psychotherapists hired me to help reorganize their private practices
so they could spend more time exploring new frontiers and less on just making a living.
I mentored them in appropriate business models and realistic marketing
plans, and coached them on overcoming obstacles and developing their own potential.
My clients include solopreneurs with a mission or calling,
business owners pursuing their right livelihood, and for-profit
or nonprofit social entrepreneurs. You can see more examples of my
clients and their projects here.
Here's what some of my clients say about our work together:
"You have been instrumental in facilitating the development of a successful business
plan, and your extensive professional network has brought into this organization a wealth
of important connections... You are both results-oriented and aware of the need to honor the
integrity of the individual human spirit... In you I have found a mentor, a coach, a
business-savvy advisor, a skilled networker, and a wise woman."
Amy Henderson • Founding Director, Ashoka Youth Venture San Francisco
"Thank you, C.J., for being a mentor and partner
on the protracted journey to engineer my work around my talents, values, and deepest concerns.
Your coaching has helped me keep the faith that I can make significant contributions and achieve
prosperity at the same time."
Barbara Saunders • Writer, Researcher & Activist
"I chose you as my coach because of
your demonstrated mastery of your business, your expertise in business marketing,
and my sense of your integrity. You delivered on all those... What I experienced and came
to value so highly is your ability to hold a space, keeping me in my vision
and helping me practice self-compassion."
Beth Hand, MBA • Leadership Development Coach

achieving your dreams. It is even better when that champion has the wisdom, expertise and experience to guide you in the
steps to take to make your dreams a reality. That is what my experience in working with
C.J. has been like."

* What is right livelihood?
Right livelihood is meaningful work, consciously chosen, which makes the best use of your talents,
honors your values, and benefits others. The term originates in Buddhist teachings, where
right livelihood is one of the steps of ethical conduct on the Noble Eightfold Path to enlightenment
and the end of suffering for all. In modern times, right livelihood has come to mean the work that
you were "meant to do."
Right livelihood entrepreneurs serve a higher purpose than personal fulfillment or making a living. Their
primary aims are to use their gifts to help others or make the world a better place. They have chosen
entrepreneurship as a vehicle for earning a purposeful livelihood.
If you're thinking about working with me, but aren't sure whether you're a right livelihood
entrepreneur, let's find out. If you have a business or business idea based on a personal mission of
service, please get in touch!

** What is a social entrepreneur?
If your venture has a mission to create social change, and that mission holds a higher
priority for you than maximizing personal profits, you may be a social entrepreneur.
Social entrepreneurship can take many forms: starting or leading a mission-driven business,
founding or directing an innovative nonprofit, implementing a community initiative,
serving as an activist, working to educate others through writing, teaching, speaking, or
artistic works — or even launching a movement. Social entrepreneurs are innovators;
they introduce new approaches to solve social problems.
Related to social entrepreneurship are two other terms: social enterprise and social
ventures. Social enterprise is the use of business methods to achieve a social mission.
For example, a nonprofit organization that funds its programs by selling products or
services. Or a for-profit business that directs a significant percentage of its profits
to a social cause, or whose products and services are aimed at solving a social problem.
Social venture is a broader term that applies to any organization,
business, or initiative launched for the purpose of addressing social problems or
creating social change.
My clients include all three of these: social entrepreneurs, leaders of social enterprises,
and people launching or expanding social ventures. For more about these topics, visit
www.socialentrepreneurcoach.com.
If you're thinking about working with me, but don't consider yourself a social
entrepreneur, don't worry. If you have a business or business idea with a social mission, let's talk!
