GET
CLIENTS NOW! BUSINESS COACHING
with Frank Traditi, Joan Friedlander or Donna Feldman
We help our clients make a better living doing what they love.
We know that you went into business for yourself, or chose the
line of work you're in, for a reason. You saw that it would
get you something you wanted — control over your time, a better
working environment, more money, the possibility of passive
income, using your talents, sharing your vision, changing the
world — whatever it was. And that choice you made was about
actually doing the work: serving your clients, whoever they
are.
But if you don't have clients, or don't have
enough of them, you're not getting what you want — you're
not changing the world fast enough, doing enough of what you
love, earning enough to feel secure, having more control over
your life — because you're spending too much time and money
on marketing.
The purpose of the GET CLIENTS NOW! system
is to help you get what you want in life by making your business
more successful, and to do that with as little struggle as
possible. That's what we want for you.
When you work with one of us as your business coach, you'll not only gain
the advantage of using this proven sales and marketing system,
you'll also get:
-
Clarity
about your business and marketing objectives
-
Practical
support to solve problems and eliminate obstacles
-
Marketing
expertise to help you make an effective action plan
-

Here's what some of Frank Traditi's
clients say:
"Frank Traditi was just what I
needed! I was just getting started in coaching when I asked Frank to be my coach.
What a great decision! Frank helped me zero in on who, what, and how I was going to
coach. I was able to develop clear marketing goals and business plans for my coaching
program. His networking ideas were terrific. Now I'm prepared to take my programs and
run with them!"
Don Harris
• Speech Improvement Coach
"I was a complete marketing novice
when I started working with Frank. I thought that I had to know exactly what to do
before I took a step. Frank showed me that marketing is an art form and that sending
a consistent message was the most important thing. Without Frank at my side, I would
still be stuck. Instead, I've made huge strides in a few short months and feel that
I've learned more than a marketing major with a four-year degree. Frank is a fabulous
coach and mentor! My investment in Frank has paid huge rewards!"
Suzanne
Worrall Elkind • Leadership Development Coach
Here's
what some of Joan Friedlander's clients say:
"I
just want you to know how much your personal coaching
has meant to my business life as well as my personal
life. When I first started the program, I was just
looking for methods to start and run my business.
You have saved me more time and money than I ever
thought possible."
Peggy
Huber • Mortgage Broker
"With
Joan's help, I developed the clarity of purpose
and motivation required to make changes that have
brought me 'happiness without hesitation.' It would
have taken MUCH longer to make the changes without
her. Joan is truly a catalyst for personal improvement!"
Dr.
Greg Cherney • Network Chiropractor
Here's
what some of Donna Feldman's clients say:
"I just wanted to thank
you for helping me create a successful business. I had been 'playing' with my
marketing for too long, but through our coaching sessions, I learned to see my
business in a new light and take the actions that propelled me to success. I
appreciate the way you challenge me, support me, and keep me out of my box!"

with a social change mission, or have an idea for a venture grounded in the principles of social
entrepreneurship, I may be the right coach for you.

What is a social entrepreneur?
Here's what I help my clients do:
- Get
clear about what you want to accomplish
- Evaluate
your venture concept and develop a sustainable business model
- Develop your
leadership qualities, business skills, and management potential
- Solve
problems and eliminate obstacles
- Locate
resources, make connections, and build alliances
- Set
specific goals and make effective action plans
- Gain
perspective, get feedback, and discover new ideas
- Stay
true to your vision, focused on your goals, and on track
with your plans
I have
the skills and experience to help you and your enterprise with:
- Practical visioning,
strategy, and planning
- Developing
yourself as a leader, manager, and entrepreneur
- Marketing
tactics, tools, and skills
- Financial
modeling and analysis
- Product
design and development
- Managing
projects and people
Since 1992,
I have been helping clients like these:
- A successful
author wanted to use her experience in the publishing
industry to found an entrepreneurial nonprofit teaching
job skills to at-risk girls. I coached her to clarify
her vision, define the mission of her enterprise, form her
first management team, build alliances in the community, and
make it all fit into her already busy life.
- An MD
who founded a medical research facility to discover new
treatments for AIDS/HIV hired me to consult with his management
team about appropriate marketing strategies, advise them on developing
a marketing action plan, and mentor the doctor/CEO himself on
entrepreneurial thinking, better delegation
skills, and project management techniques.
- The owner of a training school
worked with me to begin sharing her innovative ideas about
leadership and personal development on a worldwide basis. I advised
her on public relations and writing techniques, and coached her on balancing
her heavy workload with managing her health, nurturing a new relationship,
and writing a book, while growing her school from a
local success into a global enterprise.
- A husband-wife
team of psychotherapists hired me to help implement their mission to make
psychological services available to areas in crisis in the developing world. I mentored
them in reorganizing their private practices and finances to make a life of travel
and volunteering possible.
- The new director of a social
enterprise asked me to assist with creating a sustainable business model for the
venture, and a realistic action plan for her ambitious goals. I consulted with her to
develop a detailed business plan, advised her about fundraising, and mentored her to
build her management and communication skills.
My clients include for-profit or nonprofit
social enterprises, solopreneurs engaged in social change, directors of nonprofits, and
activist CEO's. I typically work with clients who are launching a new venture or expanding
an existing enterprise into new territory.
Here's what some of my clients say about our work together:
"You have been instrumental in facilitating the development of a successful business
plan, and your extensive professional network has brought into this organization a wealth
of important connections... In you I have found a mentor, a coach, a business-savvy advisor,
a skilled networker, and a wise woman."
Amy Wilson • Director, Ashoka Youth Venture San Francisco
"Your coaching sessions have moved an idea, a passionate dream of mine... into a
working reality... Your expertise, your enthusiasm, and your guidance have all enabled
me to plunge into this career and move forward full speed ahead."
Jennifer Esperante Gunter • Youth Leadership Speaker
"I chose you as my coach because of
your demonstrated mastery of your business, your expertise in business marketing,
and my sense of your integrity. You delivered on all those... What I experienced and came
to value so highly is your ability to hold a space, keeping me in my vision
and helping me practice self-compassion."
Beth Hand, MBA • Leadership Development Coach
"It's wonderful to have a champion in your life that supports you in
achieving your dreams. It is even better when that champion has the wisdom, expertise and experience to guide you in the
steps to take to make your dreams a reality. That is what my experience in working with
C.J. has been like."

with me from anywhere in the world. There's no long-term commitment required to schedule a

* What is a social entrepreneur?
If your venture has a mission to create social change, and that mission holds a higher
priority for you than maximizing personal profits, you may be a social entrepreneur.
Social entrepreneurship may take many forms: starting or leading a mission-driven business,
founding or directing an innovative nonprofit, implementing a community initiative,
serving as an activist, working to educate others through writing, teaching, speaking, or
artistic works — or even launching a movement. Social entrepreneurs are innovators;
their aim is to break patterns and introduce new approaches to solve social problems.
Related to social entrepreneurship are two other terms: social enterprise and social
ventures. Social enterprise is the use of business methods to achieve a social mission.
For example, a nonprofit organization that funds its programs by selling products or
services. Or a for-profit business that directs a significant percentage of its profits
to a social cause. Social venture is a broader term that applies to any organization,
business, or initiative launched for the purpose of addressing social problems or
creating social change.
My clients include all three of these: social entrepreneurs, leaders of social enterprises,
and people launching or expanding social ventures. For more about these topics, visit
www.socialentrepreneurcoach.com.
